Haryana Urban Development Authority having announcing the Draw Results for Karnal Region is once again seems to spring in action by declaring Ambala Sector 27 Residential Plots Draw Result which as per our sources may be released on 19th of June. ( Old Stuff )
It is known that HUDA had invited applications for the 474 Freehold Residential plots for the Sector 27 of Ambala City. The Registration had begun for the plots on 08-09-2014 and the last date for applying was 20-10-2014.

Seeing the no of applicants increasing, the concerned authority had extended the date of the Registration to Nov 2014. Check the whole details of the No of plots along with size and rates from below –
- One Marla Size – 58
- Fourteen Marla – 54
- 10 Marla – 51
- 08 Marla – 142
- 06 Marla – 109
- 04 Marla – 60
So after so many months have passed since the people had applied for the plots with a dream in their eyes for having their own houses on the plots they would get after the draw. Now this is the welcome news that HUDA has listened to their voice and the draw will be held on 19th of June at 10 am.

Haryana Urban Development Authority ( HUDA ) came in to being in 1977 with a purpose of devising plans for the development of Urban Areas in Haryana. Since its inception, HUDA has contributed a lot in the construction of colonies and Industrial Areas.
In almost all the major and minor cities there are the sectors of HUDA. These sectors are well planned and specimen of planned constructions with greenish and basic amenities.
For that the Authority with the intention to provide Residential and Non-residential Plots invite applications from the interested applicants and then through draw it gives the hold of those plots to the winners of the draw.
HUDA claims to have transparency in the whole system, yet there are many accusations of corruptions against the HUDA officials. HUDA is also notorious for delays in the draws.
Recent draw in Karnal kept postponed and it caused a lot of tension and burden of interest of the applicants. In this case of Ambala Plot Draw also, there has been unexpected delay and the applicants have to bear the burden of increased interest without any fault of theirs.
Rules and Regulations of Draw –
People must be interested to know as to how the Ambala Plot Draw will take place. It is clear that the draw take place in view of the whole public with the dignitaries of the city present there. The Applications nos are written down on the slips and then they are rolled down in the box.
There are representatives of the HUDA also. Then the slips are taken out one by one. The names of the winners are announced at the spot. The result is uploaded at the official website of HUDA later.
