SSC JE Answer Key 2016 – Jr Engineer Expected Cut Off

The Answer Key for the 31st January 2016 Exam by Staff Selection Commission shall be published very soon on this very page. Th Exam was held for Jr Engineer Posts for the trades  Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc. The Paper had sets like Set A, Set B, Set C and Set D. Besides the General Subjects,there were questions from specific trades. Now the examinees wanna see their Answer key to confirm their cut off.

The answer key for this exam shall be prepared by the experts engaged by SSC. The experts may take a couple of days to prepare this JE Answer key. It is expected that the Said Solution Key may be on the official portal by 4th of February 2016.

How to view the Staff Selection Commission Jr Engineer Exam Jan 2016 Answer key-

  • Make a way to the official website – www.ssc.nic.in
  • On the Home Page, check the link “ SSC JE 31st Jan Answer key ( With the name of the Trade )
  • Choose your trade and then Set.
  • After clicking on it, the Answer key will be out.
  • Check your performance.

The Admit Card for the rescheduled exam for the posts of Junior Engineers ( JE )are in the process to be released very soon. The Written Exam shall be held by the Central Recruitment Agency SSC ( Staff Selection Commission ) on  31st of January 2016 now. Earlier the exam has been postponed twice first for 6th of December 2015 and second time for 20th of December.

Such putting off of the exam has disturbed the candidates a lot. It distracted them from their preparation. The postponement is said to take place owing to clash with some other major exams’ dates.

The Exam shall be held for 1,000 Jr Engineer posts with various trades such as Civil, Electrical and Mechanical. There were numerous applications from a large no of Eligible candidates with diploma in the concerned trades.

About SSC JE Written Exam 2016 – Link for Answer key

Previously there was the written exam ( 500 Marks ) and Interview ( 100 Marks ) for the Recruitment Merit List. Later Interview System has been scrapped from this Recruitment after the Centre Govt Notification ( Read – PM Modi Said No to Interview in Group B, C and D Posts in Mann ki Baat ) .

Now as per the new Selection Process, there shall only be the written Exams of 500 Marks. There shall be two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. The Paper 1 shall consist 300 Marks whereas Paper 2 shall be of 200 Marks. The Former shall be of Objective Nature whereas the latter will check the ability of the candidates with Subjective Questions.

Both the papers will carry the same timing – 120 Minutes each. Warning – there shall be the negative marking. It means 0.25 mark (s ) shall be deducted for any wrong attempt. ( Our Advice – If you are 60 or 70% sure of your answer, you must take risk ).

The Common Subjects for the Subjects are – Reasoning and General Intelligence and General Awareness. The Specific Subjects are – Part A ( General Engineering – Civil and Structural ) or Part B ( General Engineering – Electrical ) or Part C – ( General Engineering – Mechanical ).

As the exam shall be held at the end of January 2016, you shall be able to download your exam Admit Card are to be released around 15 days earlier.
