Use of Has, Have, Had in Simple Sentences

Learn the Proper Use of Has and Have in Simple Present and Past Sentences

In Simple Sentences Has/Have is used in the sense of keep. Has is used with he, she, it and 3rd person singular number nouns whereas Have is used with I, We, they, you and plural nouns. Had is the past of Has and Have.

In Negative Sentences, “No” is used after has/have/had.

Now do the use of Has/Have/Had –

We have two pens – हमारे पास दो पेन हैं।

He has two sons – उसके दो लड़के हैं।

They had two houses – उनके पास दो घर हैं।

She has a beautiful necklace – उसके पास एक सुंदर हार है।

The bird has beautiful feathers – पक्षी के पंख सुंदर हैं।

He has a car – उसके पास एक कार है।

I have no car – मेरे पास कार नहीं है।

Had this village a doctor ? – क्या इस गांव में डॉक्टर है ?

The poor people have no woolen clothes – गरीब लोगो के पास कोई ऊनी कपड़े नहीं है।

They had no money that time – उनके  पास कोई पैसा नहीं था।

Children have no books to read – बच्चों के पास पढ़ने के लिए कोई पुस्तक नहीं है।

Do you have scooter ? – क्या तुम्हारे पास स्कूटर है ?

Have you scooter ? – क्या तुम्हारे पास स्कूटर है ?

I have no interest in music – मेरी संगीत में कोई रूचि नहीं है।

Has he grey hair on his head ? – क्या उसके सिर पर सफेद बाल हैं ?

I have bad stomachache today – अाज मेरे पेट में बहुत दर्द है।

This school has no play ground – इस स्कूल में कोई खेल का मैदान नहीं है।

Our country has sufficient weapons – हमारे देश के पास पर्याप्त हथियार हैं।

The room had no windows – कमरे में कोई खिड़की नही थी।
