A Look at the FCI Punjab Watchman Recruitment Process –
The filling of application forms had begun from 21st August 2017. Initially the concluding date was 20th of Sept 2017/ However, seeing the tremendous response from the job-seekers, the department extended it to 27th of Sept 2017. Those who were Middle Class Pass and falling in the age group of 18-25 could have applied. It resulted in larger no. of applicants and extension of exam date and downloading admit card date.

In order to sort out the eligible candidates out of tons of applicants, FCI shall hold Written Test followed by the Physical Test. FCI Chowkidar Written exam 2017 Syllabus-cum-pattern
As we have told you earlier that the test shall take place state-wise. FCI shall hold written tests for most of states on 24th Sept 2017. Check the name of the states whose Screening Tests for Watchman Posts shall occur on 24/09/2017.

However, the written Tests for Punjab, West Bengal and Maharashtra shall not take place on the said date owing to delay in the applying procedures. The test shall carry One Hundred and Twenty Multiple Choice Questions of the same marks ( 120 Marks. The duration shall also be 120 Minutes. The relief for the candidates is that there is no Negative Marking. That’s why they can solve the questions quite liberally.
Physical Test Criteria – This test will check the physical efficiency of the candidates via race, long and high jumps.
Exam Date for the Written Exam – 2017
So far, FCI has not disclosed exam date for Punjab Region Watchman Exam. However, we can expect it in the latter half of October, after Diwali Festival. We will make every effort to bring to you the latest updates regarding Written Exam Date.
