NEET, JEE two times a year from 2019 – More Information

National Testing Agency ( NTA ) will have more roles regarding conducting Entrance Exams. Human Resources and Development Minister Mr Prakash Javedkar also added that this agency will hold the NET paper in December.

He confirmed to the journalist that NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ) and JEE ( Joint Entrance Exam ) will take place twice a year from the year of 2019. It means that the old exam agency CBSE will not conduct these exams.

  • The new schedule of NEET –
  • February and May
  • JEE Mains Exam Schedule – January and April

The most beneficial thing is that the students can take tests on both dates. For the entrance, the selection committee will consider the higher marks in both the tests.

Moreover, the ministry has made no change in the syllabus, Question Patterns, Language Options etc. This information will relieve the aspirants that there is no increment in the fee. These tests will be computer based.

There is the free gift for the students that the govt will provide facility for practice either at home or at any centre and that is also free of cost. Schedule for all the tests for 4 to 5 days. It means the test may take place in any of these days.

National Testing Agency ( NTA ) –

HRD Minister revealed that NTA is a great amelioration in the conduct of Competitive Exams. This agency will come into existence from this year. The candidates can get the whole information from the official website within two or three days.

These tests are very big from no. of candidates point of view. It is note-worthy that 13 lakh students sit in the NEET exam, on the other hand, in JEE Mains and UGC NET 12-12 lakhs students participate.

Besides the other exams will be C-MAT and GPAT.

This new time table has brought a great pleasure for the students. They will not have to waste one more year in preparation. This new schedule will also stop malpractice of cheating and paper leaking.
