The Paper took place on 14th of November ( Children’s Day) with the timing from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon with thousands of candidates appearing for it. The Examination Centres were made chiefly in or around Hyderabad and Secunderabad only. The Paper was having 100 Objective Type Questions with 100 Marks.
TSGENCO AE Result / Answer Key / Cut Off
Most of the questions were from technical line specific to the posts concerned. The exam ran for 120 Minutes and the paper was bifurcated in to 80 Mark and 20 Mark Sub Papers. As usual the 80 Mark portion belonged to the specific subjects and 20 Mark to the General Subjects common to all the examinees.
The Technical 80 Mark Portion was made of syllabi from Electrical Branch, Mechanical Branch, Electronics Branch and Civil Branch. The 20 Mark Portion Consisted of Reasoning and General Awareness. The Paper was on the whole of Moderate kind with the main focus on checking the Aptitude in the concerned field.
TSGENCO had published Recruitment Notice for a whopping 856 Posts of Assistant Engineers from Electrical , Mechanical , Electronics and Civil Branches. The Qualification for these posts were Degree in the relevant subjects. There were posts for backlog and Fresh candidates.
The Lowest Cut off has been decided for these posts. The candidates who will get the following AE Cut Off shall be called for the Interview and Documents verification.
