This is a matter of great pleasure for job-seekers in Haryana that the Govt is mulling to fill 34,000 posts of Class IV Employees soon. These posts shall be filled in various departments/ Boards of the state. The govt has taken this decision after its two and half year rule in the state.

Haryana CM ML Khattar had convened the meeting of the cabinet in which it was decided that a special drive would take place to accommodate the unemployed youth at these various posts. Mr OP Dhakar, the Agriculture Minister has confirmed these decision by the Cabinet.
There has been the scanty recruitment for the following category in the state. The previous Huda Govt had also invited applications for around 2,100 posts for which approx 4.3 lac candidates had applied. That time the recruitment had suffered owing to having insufficient selection procedures.
Later the BJP Govt had released the notification for 2,900 posts of peons, gardeners, watchmen and waterman. It was amazing that for these posts also, there were around 5.5 lac applications came to the dept.
Sans proper and transparent mechanism, it has always been difficult for the state govt to complete such recruitment. It is worth-mentioning that Class IV level, the district officials always have a great say.
Again out of total 77,370 posts, the govt has been able to fill only around 43,000 posts. Now it is under pressure from the BJP own cadre to fill these posts as early as possible.
As per some sources in the govt, the notification for these 34,000 posts may come out very soon. The interested candidates shall be able to get that in the prestigious local dailies.
