As per information, there was the use of slips in from Group D posts to Class I ( HPSC/ HSSC ) posts. The middle-men took the guarantee to raise the marks for which they had taken the money. This came to lime-light when Under ( उप सचिव ) Secretary of HPSC and his assistants named Ashwani and Naveen were grilled. They raised the curtain from this secret.
The candidates had the guarantee to choose their favourite centres, roll nos. nearby, raise the marks in the concerned test. This news came to lime-light during the recruitment drive of dental surgeons. There were many people who charged money during the recruitment by HPSC was involved in this scandal. The vigilance also interrogated these people.
These guilty people had a good setting in the HPSC, HSSC etc. These people were involved in conspiracy by threatening the meritorious candidates. The vigilance had seized more than three crore rupees from Under Secretary ( उप सचिव ) and his aides Ashwani and Naveen.
The search is going on to know who were involved in this game. The news also came to light during the investigation of vigilance bureau as to some candidates had cleared the pre-written exam by giving money.
The guilty candidates had also made to sit dummy candidates on their own places. These dummy candidates were also involved in the written exams of Staff Nurse, MPHW, VLA etc. These people may be connected with other written exams.
In future, these exams may or may not be cancelled as per the vigilance investigation. Other candidates are waiting for the report. The chairman of the commission Mr. Alok told the media persons that after remand by vigilance, the commission will submit the report to the govt. The govt will take the decision later.
