Haryana govt is now going to take new measures to improve the selection procedures in the state. The state govt has already scrapped the interview system in the govt jobs. After this step, state govt has initiated online test system in the selection procedures. The govt claims that after this system, there shall be complete transparency in the selection procedure. It is quite clear that the BJP Govt will bring this issue of transparency in govt jobs in the upcoming legislative elections.
It is known that Khattar Govt has always made this transparent system in govt jobs an issue every where. The Chief Minister has always campaigned the job-scams, corruption in all the rallies. According to this system, each and every candidate will get one-time code. This code will get attached with his Aadhar Card. The main motive shall be to stop malpractice such as impersonation.
Besides, there shall be the zero chance of paper leakage. It will make the arrangement of the papers easier. And also the concerned board shall be able to release the result earlier.
Online Examination by HSSC
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission ( HSSC) has already tried this system as a trial. It had been successful. Now it will be clear that the govt will use this system in future.
This process shall be taken as the initiative of Haryana Govt towards Digital India. Though there were some technical errors during the trial, they were mended with the help of technical experts.
According to this system, during the day of exam, the candidate will sit before the computer system. There shall the question paper at the official website of the commission. The candidates will get the answer key of the concerned exam after two days of the exam. The candidate shall be able to register any of the objections in the answer key online. The commission shall solve these problems and only after that result will be out. In most of the states and by most of the boards, online exam system is effectively used.
So say good bye to off-line test and welcome online exam in Haryana.
