Something about SBI Po Syllabus and Pattern
As you know that there shall be two written Exams – Preliminary and Mains. Now let’s keep our focus on the Preliminary Exam. It will be the online exam. The three subjects the knowledge of whose shall be checked are – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability.
There shall be 30 questions in English test with 30 marks whereas Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability will comprise 35 questions each with 35 marks making the SBI Preliminary Exam of 100 marks. The duration will be 1 hour. Remember, you have just above 30 seconds for each question. The successful candidates shall be allowed to face the next level of test i.e. Main Exam.
Numerical Ability Topics – Average, Percentage, Time and Work, Data Interpretation, Simple and Compound Interest, Partnership and so on.
Reasoning Ability – Series related Problems, Syllogism, Sitting Arrangement, Ordering and Ranking, Blood Relationship, Puzzle Test and so on.

Main Exam Pattern – It will carry both Objective and Descriptive Tests. They shall carry 200 and 50 questions respectively.
