UPSC IAS is the most extreme exam of the country. Most all the candidates have this dream to clear IAS. For that they try hard. But most of them leave this most difficult journey in the lurch. This success needs persistence in hard work, regular motivation( from inside and outside ), time, patience and strategy. Using these weapons, a candidate-cum-warriors can feel 99.9% sure of overcoming this test. Aspirants have to make their mind very strong if they are really serious about the exam and see their this great dream realized.

IAS Preparation Tips

Here are some stories of the candidates who cleared this exam and become examples for the future generations. The first story is of Ankit who has obtained 191 rank in the recently out result. He had obtained his temporary residence in in the police quarter in Delhi. But the interesting fact is that as the candidate has revealed that he did not come out of the house for three years. He shared some facts with the reporters.

He said that his moods were quite inconstant and changeable. In this condition he required the support of his family and they did. First time, he had tried for the test in 2016. He did much hard work. For the preparation, had joined Test Series of Vision, read newspaper, faced mock interviews and so on. But unluckily his name didn’t appear in the final interview.

However, he didn’t lose heart. He found another motivation. According to him, besides the motivation, there were some external factors that motivated him. As per him, the writing practice is very important.

Another example is of Junaid. He was one of the 40 students who had taken coaching from Centre For Coaching and Career Planning. He said that he had spent 10 hours per day to ensure this success. His optional subject was Geography and it was his 4th attempt that he tasted this success. His rank was 352. Junaid also discussed about the preparation and coaching centre.

He said that the students in the centre are very competitive. Classes are regular. They regularly get motivation. The institute works under an IAS. Students find the library open every time which the students can use for both studies and reading.

Another story is of Motiur Rahman. He said that the students should make short notes of all the thinkers. They will be easy to be revised. He said that he had made 20 page notes of the whole syllabus. It helped him a lot in the exam. It was a different thing from other students.
