Last year AIPMT was in news for wrong reasons

The test took place for MBBS, BDS and other courses. Evert thing was fine until the news of the leakage of the paper came out. The police started the investigation. It was the Rohtak police that arrested two or three persons in the connection.

As per the police report, the paper was out and answer keys were available to some of the examinees for Rs 15 to 20 lac. Then the other examinees came to know of this leak, they come out in protest and wanted its cancellation and re-exam.

Then the case went to Supreme Court. The SC told the CBSE to hold the AIPMT Result till June 10 so that the police might compete its interrogation in the meantime and the former could decide if there was the need of re-exam or not. The SC has asked the Police to confirm the no of beneficiaries due to that leak before deciding the re-exam.

About Admission through AIPMT / NEET :

This is one of the toughest tests of India. Students take coaching besides pouring hours day and night for ensuring success in this pre-medical test. The selection in any of the medical colleges will depend upon the cut off in this written and exam and then counseling.

So hopefully we can expect this result after August 10 if there is no other technical problem. We hope that the concerned authority will not waste more time in announcing the AIPMT/ NEET result viewing the career related concern of the students.
