AP Police Recruitment Board has swung in to action by initiating the selection related process. The following action has taken place on the following dates. Date-wise Description of Andhra Pradesh Police Exams –
There were Four Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Eight Posts for Police Constables. Besides around Nine Hundred Posts were of Jail Warders. There posts were for both Male and Female candidates.
The sub-categories were Civil / AR/ Warders to be recruited as Stipendiary Cadet Trainee ( SCT) at various police stations in the state. There were many a hectic activity for the Recruitment Tests. Constable PET/ PST for Mechanic and Drivers took place on 7th Nov 2016.
Then followed Constable ( Civil/ AR/ Warder) Written test on 6th of Nov 2016. Constable ( Communication ) PET/ PST was held on 7th Nov ( Man) and 14th Nov ( Woman).
Exam Related News –
There were more than 4 lac applications received for the exam. Out of them, the dept had rejected 2115 applications. And as per the official report, 3 lac and 86 thousand something candidates had appeared for the exam. There were Seven Hundred and Ninety Two exam centres for the smooth conduct of the exam.

Immediately after the exam/ PST/PET, the concerned department hires experts to evaluate the OMR Sheets for the Written Test. For Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test various criteria are taken in to consideration. After scrutiny, the concerned authority uploads the result at the official website.

The candidates shall reach the AP Police Recruitment Official Website. Here they will have to look for the Post. Surely, they will find the Result link if it has come out. Fill the Roll No of the Written test/ PST/ PET whatsoever it is. The Result shall pop up

About the AP Police Recruitment Procedure –
The said-recruitment had come out on August 3rd 2016. The process went for more than a month before finishing up on 14th of Sept. In the meantime, a huge no of candidates applied. The admit Card for Written test came out on 25th of October and for PST/ PET on 27th of October.
Andhra Police Written Test –
The contained as many as 120 Objective Type Questions. The Paper had three sections which contained the questions from GK, English, Reasoning and Mathematics. We shall provide you the Exam Reviews along with Answer key later.
Prescribed Cut Off Marks for the Police Job Seekers –
The Dept has already fixed the desired cut off for the candidates as per the categories. The OC candidates shall have to secure 40% whereas for BC, 35% and for SC/ ST/ ESM it is 30%.
