Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission ( TNPSC) shall soon disclose the Jan 24th Exam Result at its well-familiar Official website – http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/. The Group 2A Posts Cut Off -cum-Merit List shall also be available at this page at the time of declaration of Result.
The Notification for Group 2 A Non-interview Posts had been out in 2015 for 1947 Posts. This notification had come out on 12th of October 2015 and the concluding date for the applying process was 18th of Nov 2015. There were a large no of applications in thousands received by the commission.

The candidates had to pass through the Written exam for the selection. There is no interview after the exam. The candidates need to have been in the Group 2A Merit List for ensuring their Recruitment. For that they will rely much upon the TNPSC Group 2A Cut Off List.

TNPSC came in to existence in 1929 to examine the salary status of the employees under Indian Civil Services. Later with some amendments, its functions were to do Recruitment related affairs and it became the highest body of Tamil Nadu for such purposes.
The Main objective of this constitutional body is to ensure impartial and transparent Recruitment System in the state. Besides TNPSC is to safeguard the interest of the employees working under it.
