New dates of Winter School Opening in Delhi, Haryana and Noida due to cold waves – Useful Links for the students for upcoming exams in the country –
Schools are being opened after the winter holidays are ending. But strong cold waves are blowing in different parts of the country, even on hilly areas, the temperature is below zero. It is very difficult to teach and learn especially for the young ones. That is why, different boards are thinking to enhance the winter vacation.
Some of the schools are opening on 16th of January 2024. Some schools are thinking to change the timing of the schools considering the difficulties faced by the students and the teachers. In Delhi also the board is opening the schools under it on 16th of January 2024 but the board is thinking to change the timing. In addition to Delhi, in Noida ( UP ), the school timing may be from 10 am to 3 pm. According to IMD, for the next two days there will be fog and cold waves may be increased. People will get no relief.
According to chairperson of Haryana Board of School Education ( BSEH ) Mr. Kanwar Pal Gujjar, the winter vacation in the state may increase. As per him, the board classes of 10th and 12th may take place. The Education Minister of Haryana had said that the officers in the department had got this information.
