Haryana Public Service Commission ( HPSC ) is once again active for holding the Screening Test for various Posts of Assistant Professors/ College Cadre Sr Lecturers to work in various colleges in the state.

The Online Applications for as many as 29 Subjects to recruit the overwhelming no of Sixteen Hundred and Forty Seven Posts was received by 22nd of March 2016.

Now as the First Process of Recruitment took place, the aspirants are looking forward to having information regarding their Admit Card/ Roll No. and Screening Test Date.

Update 2020 –

HPSC Assistant Professor screening test took place 27 Jan 2020, 21st, 23rd May 2019 and 3rd and 4th Oct 2019.

HPSC Assistant Professor Screening Test Date –

The Commission has already released the Exam Notice with the mention of tentative date for the Screening test. As per this Exam Notice, the Test may take place from 15th of May 2016 onward. So you can expect the test at the end of May.

Keeping in view the date of the screening test, the candidate can guess that the Admit card for it can be available for the candidates to get from 10th of May onward. The news related with the Admit card/ Roll No. shall also be out with the exam Notice.

Admit Card/ Roll No. shall be an inevitable document for the examinees. It shall carry the useful information regarding the exam besides the necessary information of the examinees themselves. We suggest the candidates to check the following information from the Admit cards –

  • Take out its print.

HPSC Assistant Professor 2021-2022-2023 Recruitment –

The applications were invited from the eligible candidates for 29 subjects against the notification no 10/2015. The eligibility was Post Graduation in the concerned subject with 55% along with UGC NET certificate. The candidates having M.Phil, PhD degrees shall get preference in the selection. Teaching experience in the relevant area shall be must.

Now M.Phil and PhD are exempted from NET for Asst Professor Posts –

University Grants Commission has taken a new decision that the candidates possessing M.Phil and PhD degrees before July 11, 2009 shall be considered on par with those having UGC NET Certificate.
