Update 2023 –

NTA may conduct NEET exam on 7th of May 2023. There will be approximately 21 lakh students will sit in the medical exam. For your Admit Card/ Roll No., Exam Date, etc. visit the official website – https://neet.nta.nic.in/.

Update July 2022 –

NEET (UG )  Admit Card/ Roll No. has been released on 12th of July 2022 ( Tuesday ) and may be obtained from the official website. The test may occur on 17th of July 2022. For more information visit the site of NEET i.e. https://neet.nta.nic.in/

Update 2022 –

The National Medical Commission ( NMC ) Secretary Mr. Pulkesh Kumar said that there shall be no upper age while taking the exam of NEET- UG. Previously the upper age limit for Gen cat. was 25 and for SC/ ST/ OBC, the upper age limit was 30.

Update 2021 –

The NEET Exam Date may fall in Sept 2021. The exam has been postponed due to covid – 19 breakdown. The NEET admit card/ roll no. may be out a few days before the exam.

About NEET 2020 – Breaking News

Govt. has postponed NEET 2020 scheduled to be on May 03,2020 may take place now on second week of September, 2020 ( 13th September ). Admit card 2020 will know be available after 1st of Sept instead of this Friday (27th March, 2020 ).

Update 02 Sept 2020 – 20 Special Train pairs will run for the candidates of  Bihar. Local trains will board NEET/ JEE candidates in the state.

Note : Due to the oppose of some Opposing Parties because of Corona outbreak, the exam dates are not sure. Around 19 Lakh students will sit in the paper. The Centre has given the nod.

The candidates can carry the following items – Admit Card Letter, Legal Id Proof and If the candidates are PWD, they will have to demonstrate their Certificates. They will have to spend at least 15-20 minutes. Students’ body temperature will be checked.

99% of candidates have got  “first choice of getting centre cities”. There are many states who have given free of cost facilities such as transportation etc. These states are MP, Odisha, Chhattisgarh etc.

This time there is a cut-throat competition among the medical students. The reason is that the no. of students is 13.36 lakh which is 2,00,000 more than previous year’s candidates. Total seats are 60,000 for both MBBS and BDS. The reason of increase of this no. of candidates is the passion of students among medical courses.

There has been a rise of 40% in the no of examinees from 2016 to 2017 NEET. There shall be more than 100 examination centres all over the country. PCB knowledge of medical aspirants of 10+1 and 10+2 level will be checked. The main focus shall be on Biology.

For preparing the syllabi, the concerned board has taken into consideration besides the various state boards, the CBSE/ NCERT/ COBSE.

Seeing the details regarding the notification  of NEET of previous year will starting on 2020 we are in the safe position to say that NEET 2020 is expected soon. National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test in short NEET shall take place as per its schedules for giving admissions to MBBS and BDS students, the Apex Court of India has clarified.

Now this common test shall be valid irrespective of the previous judgments by the lower courts regarding not conducting of NEET.

Old Stuff

The NEET 2016 will take place in two shifts – the first shift exam shall take place on 1st of May and the second shift exam on 7th of March 2017. The timing of exam shall be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

But the Supreme Court ruled out any change in the exam schedule. Even the Maharashtra Govt would also make appeal against this judgment citing that a large no of students shall be deprived to take the Pre-medical Entrance Test owing to this new ruling.

NEET  Result 2017 –

After conducting the Entrance exam in May, the Result  of NEET will declare on 8th of June 2017. The focus shall be on completing the Admission Process by Sept 30 so that the classes may begin as soon as possible. The display date of the OMR Sheet and Answer key dates shall be available on the official website later.

Last Year’s News – The Supreme Court has also clarified that this decision of it would not affect the hearing that is going on for seeking exemption from NEET 2016.
